ghetto baking at it’s finest….
Tonight I made home made ricotta (which of course I forgot to take a picture of). I used it to make these lemon-ricotta cookies with a sugar-lemon glaze. They came out pretty tasty! Think I’ll try this recipe again when I’ve got better baking equipment.
